Free tracked shipping to the United States

Every order ships free within the United States. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: 1 to 5 business days. Personalized items are made to order within this window.
• Delivery: 5 to 15 business days from the order date. The dates on each product page are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carriers, customs and holidays.

Holiday orders

The last recommended order date for delivery before Christmas is shown on each product page. If you need your order by a specific date, email us before ordering.

Multiple items

Items in one order may ship together or in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.

International shipping

We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, Australia, New Zealand and some other countries for a flat $9.99, usually in 7 to 20 business days, tracked. Import duties, taxes and customs fees, if any, are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has shipped. You can ship directly to a gift recipient by entering their name and address as the shipping address.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order has not arrived after 15 business days, email hello@unwrapsy.com with your order number. We will investigate and replace or refund the order.
