This website, unwrapsy.com (the "Site"), ("Unwrapsy", "we", "us"). By visiting the Site or buying from us you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Products and personalization

We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance may vary slightly by screen. For personalized items you are responsible for the photos, names, dates and text you submit, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. We are not responsible for spelling or content errors in text you provide. We may decline or cancel an order containing unlawful, hateful or infringing content and will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your card details. Promotions and bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Free gifts are available while stock lasts and only with qualifying orders.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability, and will refund any payment already taken.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
