Questions people ask

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit picture where the face fills most of the frame. Group shots and distant photos lose detail. If you are unsure, email it to hello@unwrapsy.com before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will work.

How do I see the projection?

Turn the lights off. Hold a phone flashlight directly behind the pendant, aimed at a wall about an arm's length away. Move slowly until the image sharpens. It takes a few seconds to find the angle the first time, and it is instant after that.

What is it made of?

A stainless steel chain and pendant with a projection lens set into the face. Hypoallergenic and it will not turn skin green. Available in silver, gold and rose gold finish.

What if the projection isn't clear?

We remake it or refund you, and you keep the original. You have 30 days from delivery. Just email us one photo of the projection.

Is it waterproof?

Splash-safe. Take it off before swimming or showering.
